Uus Maa announces that starting from July they have launched a new company Uus Maa Ehitus for providing the service of interior repairs and remodelling. This service is part of Uus Maa’s strategic growth plan which includes adding several additional services to property intermediary that could be needed by people who buy or sell property.
“This is the natural course of action, because our brokers sell tens of homes every month and many customers need remodelling services during the sales or the buying process”, says the member of the board of Uus Maa Ehitus Lauri Jemeljanov. “For example the customer can get a proposal from us, according to which he can start negotiations with the seller. Later our employees perform all the works correctly according to the proposal,” added Jemeljanov.
The most important goal of Uus Maa is to offer the best service to its customers. Since the supply on the interior repair market is quite big it has led to bad quality-price ratio and to avoid that situation for our customers the decision to launch Uus Maa’s interior repairs company was made. The slogan of Uus Maa Ehitus is “We’re recommended by our customers!”
Uus Maa Ehitus differentiates its service from competitors by strong values, which are quality, good communication and guarantees. “We do our job well and value our customers’ wishes. We have to be fast and guarantee high quality to keep our customers happy. We keep good communication with our customers to understand their exact wishes and make sure that they get what they asked for,” said Lauri Jemeljanov.
